Returns Policy
REGULAR RETURNS POLICY:
At Green Lamb we aim to provide a returns policy that is hassle free for you.
Green Lamb products purchased from other stores:GreenLamb.com can only accept returns purchased from this website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return items purchased from other stores (online or physical stores).
Any item purchased from other stores (online or physical stores) will need to be returned to the store from which they were purchased. Please note GreenLamb.com cannot accept responsibility for any items returned to us that were not purchased from this website.
REFUND:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card or payment method: if you do not have the original payment card we can offer you a credit note to use online for next puchase.
Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of our returns form to facilitate us to process the refund promptly.
REFUND/RETURNS PROCEDURE:
Please use the returns form provided with your order.
- Fill in the Returns Form which has been included in your package.
- Pack the items you wish to return in an unused condition, in their original packaging and and all original labels intact
- Return your package to the appropriate address which you will find on your Returns Form
*Please note that you will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with your return
We will only issue refund once the original goods reach us at Green Lamb. We will examine the goods to ensure that they are not damaged by you.
FAULTY GOODS:
If goods arrive to you faulty please contact us within 28 days of purchase at [email protected] .
Note: Any items that have been soiled and/or damaged by the consumer (including excessive odour of perfume/sprays or smoke) will not be refunded.

CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession.
We do not offer free returns, you will need to cover the cost of return postage. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning, for example recorded delivery from your local post office.
Consumers must return the goods to Green Lamb, if they cancel a contract under Distance Selling Regulations. As a consumer we advise that you return goods within 28 days of the date you received them.
You, the consumer must take reasonable care to ensure that Green Lamb receives the returned goods and that these goods are not damaged in transit. If goods returned to Green Lamb are damaged, we may have a claim against you (the consumer) for breach of this statutory duty.
